The British boxer is set to fight the American YouTuber in an eight-bout contest which will be shown in real-time on Netflix.
Briton Joshua stated he will "stamp all over" the American and "overpower" the American as the two fighters confronted each other to promote next month's bout.
Former two time world heavyweight champion Joshua battles social media star turned fighter Paul - in what is, by the numbers, a huge disparity - at Miami arena on December 19th.
Boxer's Mindset
"I will injure his face and damage his physique. I'm here to prove my superiority," Joshua, 35, said.
"I'll stamp all over him. That's a fighter's mentality.
"I'm going to seriously aim to injure him. That's what I want to do."
Respectful Exchange
In spite of those words, a relaxed Anthony Joshua and internet personality Jake Paul - usually famous for his showmanship - were respectful and kept it respectful with each other.
Jake Paul rather targeted ex Joshua's rival the Cameroonian fighter and described him as "a joke" after Ngannou rejected a fight offer.
Targeting Tyson Fury
Anthony Joshua, in the meantime, targeted UK opponent Tyson Fury - and rejected a large bet 'Tyson Fury' claims he will make on a Paul victory.
"[Paul] outshines Fury - he showed up," Joshua commented.
"I respect him for that."
Serious Opponent
In spite of stating he plans to damage his opponent, Anthony Joshua refused to speak negatively about his rival's fighting skills.
"Jake Paul is a legitimate boxer," he stated.
Jake Paul's Background
Paul - who initially became famous on the Disney Channel - has mainly fought MMA fighters or declining opponents since entering professional boxing.
He lost to Briton Fury in last year.
Financial Attraction
Still, the novice is still one of boxing's largest financial successes, frequently receiving huge financial rewards.
Prediction and Confidence
The 28-year-old forecast a stoppage in rounds four or five and claimed he would stop the highly-expected match between Joshua and Fury, which is allegedly being planned for 2026.
"It's going to be myself against Tyson Fury next year," Paul said.
Physical Disparity
As Joshua and Paul engaged in the usual stare-down, with their size difference clearly visible, it emphasized just how improbable this complete situation is - and how astonishing it is that the bout is really happening.
